+ Do I need an appointment to shop?
No. You may stop in anytime we're open to look at decorations or try on dresses! If you're planning on trying on dresses we would recommend giving yourself at least an hour or two so you do not feel rushed.
+ How many dresses do you have?
We have over 2,000 wedding gowns and over 5,000 formal dresses. About 60% of our dresses are brand new! For a list of designers we have, click here.
+ What is the price range for your dresses?
Bridal gowns range from under $100 to over $2,000. Formal dresses range from under $30 to over $200. Dresses will be below retail value whether they are new or used.
+ What other things do you sell?
We are your one-stop wedding shop! You will find everything from ready-made centerpieces to linens to flowers to candles and more! Be sure to check out our Facebook page for inventory photos! www.facebook.com/BrideToBe
+ What should I expect when I come to try on dresses?
Dresses are organized by size and you may pull as many dresses as you would like to try on. We have 12 fitting rooms and chairs for any guests you bring with! We are happy to help you in and out of dresses if you want our assistance. Pictures are encouraged and we will gladly answer questions you may have during the process.
+ Are prices negotiable?
No. All items in the store are consigned and not owned by Bride To Be Consignment.
+ May I take pictures?
Yes! We encourage you to take pictures of dresses you love or the amazing centerpiece you just created!
+ Can you hold items?
No. Since everything is on consignment, we cannot hold any items. If you want something, get it quick...it may be gone tomorrow!
+ Do you ship?
We do. You may use any major credit card to purchase items over the phone (612-267-4004) and we will arrange shipping at the time of purchase.
+ Can I return items if I change my mind?
All sales are final. We are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
+ Can I sell my dress to you after my wedding?
You are welcome to bring your dress or anything else you used in your wedding to us for consignment. Items need to be in re-sellable condition and you will receive 50% of what your items sell for.
+ Do you have payment plans?
Yes. We have a layaway option for all dress purchases.
+ Can my kids come with me?
We recommend that small children stay at home. We do have some space for strollers to move throughout the store, but we have a lot of breakable items on the floor and low tables. We do not have any childcare services while you shop.
